JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) In this case, the parties were present before the learned Coordinate Bench of this Court on 27/6/2022 and the Bench recorded that both the parties also made a statement that in view of the settlement, they want to close the matter.

(3.) Learned AGA was directed to seek instructions regarding the nature of the injury.
