JUDGEMENT

(1.) This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dtd. 15/4/2019 passed in WPMS No. 1045 of 2019. Operative portion of the said order is extracted below:-

(2.) Alleging willful disobedience of the said direction, this contempt petition has been filed.

(3.) A response affidavit has been filed Mr. Atul Pratap Singh, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Haridwar. In view of the averments made in para nos. 6 and 7 of the response affidavit, this Court is satisfied that this is not a case of willful disobedience, inasmuch as, decision has been taken on petitioner's application by Assistant Development Officer, (Panchayat), Development Block Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar.
