JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No. 10 of 2022, registered with Police Station Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar for the offence under Sec. 8/22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

(2.) On 9/1/2022, the informant Vikram Singh Dhami, Sub-Inspector was busy in patrolling duty. He received a secret information. At this information, the applicant was apprehended. At the spot 10.98 grams smack was recovered from his possession.

(3.) Heard Mr. Lalit Sharma, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and Mr. P.S. Uniyal, the learned Brief Holder appearing for the State through video conferencing.
