JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) By means of this writ petition, petitioners have sought quashing of F.I.R. No. 329 of 2021, registered under Ss. 323, 498-A, 504 and 506 I.P.C. and Sec. 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act at Police Station Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar.

(3.) A compounding application, jointly signed by counsel for respondent no. 3 and counsel for the petitioners has been filed duly supported by affidavits of petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 3 (complainant).
