ANEES Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Anees is in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 93 of 2022, under Ss. under Ss. 3, 5, 11 of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007, Police Station Manglaur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) According to the case 150 Kg. beef was recovered from the possession of the applicant.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing and perused the record.
