JUDGEMENT

(1.) This appeal has been preferred from the jail. However, it is apparent from the record that the appellant Ganesh Rawat has already filed a criminal appeal bearing Criminal Appeal No.14 of 2022, which is taken up today for consideration of the application under Sec. 389 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) Hence, this appeal has become infructuous, and the same is, hereby, disposed of as such.
