GUFRAN Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Gufran is in judicial custody in FIR No.783 of 2021, under Ss. 8/21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) According to the FIR, 26.07 gram Smack was recovered from the possession of the applicant on 5/12/2021.

(3.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing and perused the record.
