KAKEY BABU Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Kakey Babu is in judicial custody in FIR No.353 of 2021, under Ss. 411, 34 IPC, Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing and perused the record.

(3.) It is argued that nothing was recovered nothing was recovered from the applicant; recovery was made from the co-accused, it is he, who named the present applicant and the applicant is not a previous convict.
