JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this Writ Petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs :-

(2.) The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already made a representation on 15/2/2022 before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District Haridwar for protecting their lives.

(3.) Therefore, we dispose of the Writ Petition directing that the Senior Superintendent of Police, District-Haridwar, shall take inputs from the Station House Officer, P.S. Jhabrera, District Haridwar, and shall assess the threat perception to the petitioners from their family members, relatives and also friends, and thereafter appropriate protection shall be given to the petitioners as per the threat perception.
