JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash the impugned First Information Report No.354 of 2021, registered with Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar for the offence under Ss. 323, 392 and 427 of the IPC.

(2.) The respondent no.4, Subhash alias Subhash Singh Yadav, the informant and the victim, is present in-person before this Court. He is identified by Mr. Shailabh Pandey, Advocate.
