JUDGEMENT

(1.) This Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to quash the First Information Report No.0159 of 2021, registered with Police Station Clementown, District Dehradun for the offence under Ss. 420, 467, 468 and 471 of I.P.C.

(2.) Heard Mr. Karan Anand, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, the learned A.G.A. for the State and Mr. Ravi Bisht, the learned counsel for the respondent nos.4 to 10.

(3.) The informant/victim Dheeraj Kumar Gurang, and six other victims namely, Anup Kumar Thapa, Vikas Chetri, Ashok Thapa, Rajesh Thapa, Krishna Gurung and Rajendra Thapa are present in person before the Court. They are identified by Mr. Ravi Bisht, Advocate
