ROBIN Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicants Robin, Arun and Manoj alias Mojja are in judicial custody in Case Crime No. 616 of 2021, under Ss. 379, 411 IPC, Police Station Gangnahar Roorkee, District Haridwar. They have sought their release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing and perused the file.

(3.) An FIR was lodged on 8/10/2021 with regard to theft of batteries from some tower.
