AMJAD Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant Amjad, is in judicial custody, in FIR No. 24 of 2022, under Ss. 8/21/60 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Shyampur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

(3.) According to the case, on 31/1/2022, 5 gram smack alongwith wrapper was recovered from the possession of the applicant.
