JUDGEMENT

(1.) In this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs :-

(2.) We dispose of the Writ Petition by granting liberty to the petitioners to make a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, District-Haridwar for appropriate protection. The Senior Superintendent of Police, District-Haridwar, shall take inputs from the Station House Officer, P.S. Kotwali Gangnahar, District Haridwar, and shall assess the threat perception to the petitioners from their family members, relatives and also friends, and thereafter appropriate protection shall be given to the petitioners as per the threat perception.

(3.) With such directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
