JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present Bail Application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with the Case Crime No. 809 of 2022, registered with Police Station Kotwali Roorkee, District Haridwar for the offence under Sec. 8/21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as, "the Act, 1985").

(2.) On 14/11/2022, 12.49 gram Smack was recovered from the personal search of the applicant.

(3.) Heard Ms. Reema Rana, the learned counsel holding brief of Mr. Mohd. Safdar, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Pankaj Joshi, the learned Brief Holder for the State.
