SONIT Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Applicant- Sonit @ Soni is in judicial custody in FIR No. 95 of 2021, under Ss. 379, 511 and 34 of IPC, Sec. 3 of the Public Property (Prevention of Damage) Act, 1985 and Sec. 15/16 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, Police Station Bhagwanpur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

(3.) It is argued that all the co-accused have already been granted bail.
