JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party has produced in Court an order dtd. 28/5/2020 passed by Director, Higher Education, Uttarakhand. The same is taken on record.

(2.) Perusal of the said order indicates that petitioner has been granted UGC pay scale of Rs.2200.004000 w.e.f. 19/9/2001, that is the date he obtained postgraduate qualification. Based on the said document Mr. Pradeep Hairiya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the opposite party submits that order passed by Writ Court has been complied with.

(3.) In such view of the matter, the contempt petition is closed. Notice issued to the opposite party is hereby discharged. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to seek recall of this order, if the statement made by learned Standing Counsel for the State is found incorrect.
