JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner seeks to quash the impugned FIR No.0060 of 2021, U/s 406, 420, 467, 468, 504, 506 of IPC, registered at P.S. Dalanwala, District Dehradun.

(2.) The parties have filed the above-numbered compounding application to show that they have buried their differences and have settled their disputes amicably.

(3.) Learned counsel for the State opposed the compounding application.
