JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner participated in a process of selection for the post of Lecturer (Economics), pursuant to the advertisement issued by Uttarakhand Public Service Commission. He has qualified the preliminary examination. According to the petitioner, due to poor connectivity, he could not electronically transfer the examination fee in the account of Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, within time.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had made a representation on 23/8/2021 to the Competent Authority to accept his examination fee.
