DANISH INTEZAR Vs. STATE OF UTTARAKHAND

JUDGEMENT

(1.) This bail application has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in connection with FIR No.031 of 2020, registered with Police Station-Banbhulpura, District-Nainital, for the offence punishable under Section 3/5/11(1) of the Uttarakhand Protection of Cow Progeny Act, 2007.

(2.) An information was received by the police of Police Station Banbhulpura,, Nainital on 07.02.2020 about the cow slaughtering. The police party raided the spot. On seeing the police party, four accused persons, including the present applicant, fled away 2 from the spot. According to the FIR, beef along with cutting instruments were recovered from the spot.
