JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present applicant has preferred this bail application for seeking his release on bail of his alleged involvement in Case Crime No.607 of 2018, which was registered at P.S. Kotwali Gangnahar, Tehsil Roorkee, District Haridwar, for his alleged involvement in the Commission of offences under Section 302 and 120-B of IPC. The applicant while pressing his bail application has principally argued the following points:-

(3.) The present applicant has preferred the bail application before the learned Ist Additional District and Sessions Judge, Roorkee, District Haridwar, which has been rejected on 26.11.2019, and hence, the present bail application.
