(2.) BY means of this petition, moved under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought quashing proceedings of Akbar Ali Vs. Amarjeet Singh and others Criminal Complaint Case No. 205 of 2011, relating to offence punishable under Section 420 I.P.C., Police Station -Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, pending in the court of Judicial Magistrate, Rudrapur.
