(1.) None turns up, on behalf of the revisionist, even in the revised call, after lunch hours. Perused the record.
(2.) This revision is directed against the judgment and order dated 15.10.2004 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Haridwar. In the said judgment, learned Judge in case of maintenance bearing Case No. 64 of 2002 titled as Smt. Omwati Vs. Sohan Lal passed order of maintenance to the tune of Rs. 1500/- per month payable to Smt. Omwati by her husband Sri Sohan Lal. On filing this Revision, the said order was stayed provided the revisionist continued to pay the amount of maintenance of Rs. 700/- per month to Smt. Omwati and her minor son Aakash.
(3.) On perusal of the grounds mentioned in the revision, I find that all these grounds are very unsubstantial and this revision has been drafted in routine and stereotyped manner. Maintenance of Rs. 1500/- to a lady owing the responsibility to bring up her minor son in a dignified manner is a very meagre one and at least, in view of this Court, this amount of maintenance should not be disturbed from being paid by the husband to his wife and son.
