(2.) PRESENT application has been filed by the applicant for being released on bail in Case Crime No. 112 of 2010 Under Section 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act registered at Police Station - Shyampur, District Haridwar.

(3.) THE applicant has been charged under Section 8/15 of N.D.P.S. Act. 37 Kg. "Doda" powder is alleged to have been recovered from applicant Rishipal on 2.11.2010.
