JUDGEMENT

(1.) THIS is delay condonation application No. 661 of 2011, for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

(2.) PERUSED the affidavit filed with the delay condonation application, and the copy of death certificate of Petitioner No. 2 Rajesh Jagga which is filed as Annex. 1 to the affidavit filed with the delay condonation application.

(3.) ALSO heard on restoration application for restoration of criminal miscellaneous application (C482) No. 240 of 2005, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 27.03.2010.
