JUDGEMENT

(1.) By way of present application, moved under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., applicant seeks to quash the entire proceedings pending before the Court below.

(2.) The parties have filed the above numbered compounding application to the effect that they have buried their differences and settled their disputes amicably.

(3.) It is contended by learned Counsel for the applicant that the offences under Section 323, 504, 506 and 325 IPC are compoundable while Sections 364 and 511 IPC are non-compoundable offences.
