JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard Mr. Parikshit Saini, Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. P.C. Bisht, Brief Holder for the State and perused the record.

(2.) Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 08.07.2010 passed by respondent no.1, District Magistrate, Haridwar (contained in annexure no.5 to the writ petition).

(3.) Learned counsel for the parties are agreed and requested that writ petition may be disposed of today at the admission stage itself.
