JUDGEMENT

(1.) HEARD Mr. R.P. Nautiyal, Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Amit Bhatt, Addl. G.A. for the State.

(2.) FIRST and the second bail applica­tions of the applicant were dismissed as not pressed vide order dated 15.4.2010 and 14.6.2010 respectively passed by this Court. Hence, third bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant.

(3.) LET the applicant Faijal be released on bail on his executing a personal bond and furnishing of two sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of CJM, Nainital.
