JUDGEMENT

(1.) By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have sought a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to declare the result of the petitioners who had appeared in the B.Ed. Examination for the session 2007-2008 and also to issue mark-sheets and degrees to the students, who are declared passed in the said examination.

(2.) On the basis of instructions received from the respondent- University, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2, Mr. J.P.Joshi, Advocate, has made a statement at the Bar that the result of the petitioners has already been declared by the University.

(3.) The petitioners may apply for obtaining the mark-sheets before the authority concerned and if they apply for the same, their mark-sheets be supplied to them according to Rules.
