JUDGEMENT

(1.) Mr.C.M.Sulaiman who is the petitioner in OP(KAT) No.281/2019 and the respondent in OP(KAT) No.291/2019 has since retired from service on superannuation. It is also reported that a punishment has been imposed on him consequent to the disciplinary proceedings initiated, which he proposes to challenge as per law.
