JUDGEMENT

(1.) Learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the appellant, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the requisition authority, and the counsel appearing for the claimants have unanimously conceded that, refixation of land value allowed by this court in the common judgment in LAA No.20 of 2015 and connected cases, dated 28.05.2018 is applicable to these appeals also.
