JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

(3.) Petitioner was appointed as LPSA on 16.07.2007 in a Leave Without Allowance (LWA) vacancy availed by one Syriac Peter. According to the petitioner, the said vacancy was for a period of 16.07.2007 to 04.01.2011, evident from Ext.P1 appointment order issued by the Manager of A.M.L.P.School, Edayur North, Malappuram district.
