JUDGEMENT

(1.) The prayers in the above Writ Petition (Civil) are as follows:

(2.) Heard Sri. Sreedevi Kylasanath, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Smt. A.C. Vidhya, the learned Government Pleader appearing for official respondents 1 to 5 and 7. In the nature of the orders proposed to be passed in this writ petition, notice to R6 (Vellanad Grama Panchayath) will stand dispensed with.

(3.) It is pointed out by the petitioners that in a similar case voicing almost identical grievances, this Court has already rendered Ext.P7 judgment dated 21.12.2018 in W.P.(C)No.42131/2018 etc.
