JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:-

Petitioner was awarded with the work "Budget work 2017-18-Improvements to Marady link road Km 0/000 to 1/800 (Balance Work)" for a quoted price of Rs.2,20,45,136/-, a rate 9.4% below the estimated PAC of Rs.2,45,29,368/- from the 2nd respondent. In Ext.P1, in addition to other conditions, it is required to furnish additional performance guarantee for Rs.23,27,100/-.

(3.) According to the petitioner, by virtue of Ext.P5 to P7 Government Orders, petitioner is liable to pay additional performance guarantee, only if the quote is below 10% of the total PAC. Petitioner, therefore seeks specified directions.
