(2.) The applicant claims to be an A Class Contractor with the Kerala Water Authority. On 16.05.2019, Crime No.455 of 2019 was registered against him by the Sub Inspector of Police, Kunnathunadu Police Station, at the instance of Sri.Rajeeva Pai, the Managing Partner of S.R. Pai and Co., a firm of Chartered Accountants. The offences alleged are under Sections 419, 465, 468 and 471 of the IPC.
