(2.) Alleging disobedience of the order of the writ court stated supra, Contempt Case Nos.743 of 2017 and 1879 of 2017 is filed. Finding prima facie disobedience of the orders of the writ court, reference has been made to this bench. On 27 th September 2019, when the contempt applications came up for hearing, a Honourable Division Bench of this court passed the following order:
