JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed by the petitioners seeking the following reliefs:-

(2.) Petitioners are owners of an extent of 44.26 Ares of property situate in Re.Sy.Nos. 463/3, 459/16 and 463/2 of Edathala Village, Ernakulam District.

(3.) The grievance put forth by the petitioners in this writ petition is basically on the basis of Ext.P6 application submitted before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Fort Kochi, seeking a relief of direction to the Tahasildar or any other revenue authority to correct the Basic Tax Register.
