JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners are husband and wife. The land belonging to them in Re.Sy.No.662/2 and Re.Sy.No.686/6 of Kakkanad Village was acquired for Info park based on a notification dated 6.09.2005.

(2.) In the Thandaper Register, name of the previous owner was shown. Therefore, in Land Acquisition proceedings no notice was served on the petitioner. No notice of award was also served on the petitioner.

(3.) Award in respect of Sy.No.662/2, was passed on 20.03.2007 and in respect of land in Sy.No.686/6, an award was passed on 17.02.2007.
