JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner herein is the respondent in O.P.No.1559/2018 of the Family Court, Ettumanoor.

(2.) According to her, she was married to the respondent and they were living together. After the matrimonial relationship got strained, the respondent herein filed O.P.No.1559/2018 which is pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor. It is further stated that, she has already approached Family Court, Ernakulam, by filing M.C.No.203/2017. O.P.(HMA)No.217/2017 was pending before the Family Court, Ettumanoor, filed by the respondent herein. That was transferred to Family Court, Ernakulam by order of this Court in Tr.P.(C)No.316/2017.

(3.) Notice was served on the respondent. Heard both sides and examined the records.
