JUDGEMENT

(1.) This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The petitioner herein is the accused in Crime No.297 of 2019 registered at the Poojappura Police Station. In the aforesaid crime, he is accused of having committed offence punishable under Section 354 of the IPC.

(3.) The prosecution allegation is that on 19.2.2019 at 12 a.m., the petitioner assaulted the 2nd respondent with sexual intent.
