JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are accused Nos.2 and 3 in Crime No.159/2019 of Edakkad Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Sec. 304 IPC.

(2.) The prosecution allegation is that Migdad @ Mikku, the deceased, was found dead on 19.03.2019 at 2.00 a.m. It is alleged that the accused No.1 and the deceased together had taken brown sugar. It is also alleged that the first accused administered brown sugar to the deceased on 18.03.2019 at about 8.00 p.m. and as a consequence, the deceased died. The second and the third accused supplied the brown sugar.

(3.) The second accued was arrested on 25.03.2019 and the third accused was arrested on 2.4.2019.
