JUDGEMENT

(3.) Crl.M.C. No. 4966/2019 arises out of Crime No. 2468/2015 of Perumbavoor Police Station, has been registered for offences punishable under Secs. 294(b), 506(i) and 341 of the IPC. The police after investigation has initially filed Anx. A2 final report/charge sheet in the said crime, which has led to the institution of C.C. No. 1098/2015 on the file of the JFCM, Perumbavoor, and later it appears that the police has conducted further investigation in the matter, and has submitted a refer report stating that the case is false, and Anx. A4 series is the copy of said refer report whereby the investigating agency have taken the stand that the case is only to be referred as false.
