JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners are the accused in Crime No.197/2019 of Agali Police Station registered for the offence punishable under Section 55(a) of the Abkari Act on the allegation that on 17.07.2019 at 2.40 p.m., petitioners were found transporting 25 litres of Indian made foreign liquor in an auto rickshaw bearing registration No.KL-50- A-763, in contravention of the provisions of the Abkari Act.

(2.) The petitioners were arrested from the spot.
