JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition is filed with the following prayer:

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank.

(3.) The petitioner had joined service of the respondent Bank as a probationary officer in Scale-I on 21.9.1981. He was promoted as Senior Manager Scale-III in 2007 after officiating in various intermediate posts. The petitioner was granted extra- ordinary leave from 10.9.2007 to 9.9.2010 and had been working abroad. He had provided his residential address and e-mail address to the respondents before proceeding on leave.
