SREEJITH C PADMANABHAN Vs. UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT

Decided On June 05, 2009
SREEJITH C PADMANABHAN Appellant
V/S
UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT Respondents

JUDGEMENT

(1.) PETITIONERS, who have completed their B. Pharm Course from the colleges affiliated to the University of Calicut, had written the Final Year Examination held in February 2009. Apparently, dissatisfied by the marks obtained by the petitioners in the examination, they had applied for revaluation. They are aggrieved that the results of the revaluation have not been published so far.

(2.) I heard learned standing counsel for the University also. There is no justification for the delay in the publication of results of revaluation in respect of the Final Year Examination held in February, 2009. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to publish the results of the revaluation sought for by the petitioner in relation to the final Year Examination held in February 2009, as early as possible, at any rate, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of applications for revaluation provided the applications for revaluation are in order and otherwise correct.
