JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

(2.) The applicants herein are the accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.184 of 2018 of the Meenangadi Police Station, registered under Sections 341 , 323 , 354 and 427 r/w. Sec. 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

(3.) The 1st applicant is the husband of the 2 nd applicant and the third applicant is their neighbour. The de facto complainant is also a nearby resident.
