(1.) This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:
(2.) I have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader, learned Counsel appearing for the Panchayat and the learned Counsel appearing for the 4 th respondent. Perused the pleadings and documents on record.
(3.) Apparently, from the discussion made above it is clear that the grievance highlighted by the petitioner in this writ petition is with respect of the illegality of functioning of the flour mill by the 4th respondent without securing a consent from the Pollution Control Board. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any such action, it is open for the petitioner to approach the Pollution Control Board with appropriate objections. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, petitioner has not so far approached the Pollution Control Board. In that view of the matter, I think it is only appropriate that, petitioner is given liberty to approach the statutory authority in order to decipher the facts and circumstances involved in the subject matter.
