(1.) This Writ Petition is filed challenging exhibit P22 order dated 15.11.2018 passed by the third respondent. As per the impugned order, the third respondent has found that the admission granted to the petitioner herein to the MBBS degree course conducted by the 4th respondent college was liable to be rejected. Accordingly, his admission has been rejected along with the admissions of ten other students. It is aggrieved by the said order that the petitioner is before us.
(2.) The sequence of events that led to the passing of exhibit P22 order commences with the filing of an earlier Writ Petition, W.P.(C) No.28051 of 2018 by three aspirants for admission to the MBBS course alleging that the students who were arrayed as respondents 9 to 13 in the said Writ Petition had obtained admission to the MBBS course in the 4 th respondent college on the basis of Community Certificates that were fake. According to them, they were also persons who had qualified in the NEET 2018 and were entitled to be granted admission to the 4 th respondent college in the minority community quota. Their chances of getting admission had been thwarted by the persons who were arrayed as respondents 9 to 13 in the Writ Petition, it was alleged. The said Writ Petition was considered by a Division Bench of this Court to which one of us (K.Surendra Mohan, J) was a party and was disposed of by exhibit P18 judgment dated 10.09.2018. In exhibit P18, the following directions were issued.
(3.) Pursuant to the above directions, the third respondent conducted an enquiry on the lines indicated in exhibit P18 judgment, examined a number of persons, afforded an opportunity of being heard to the students concerned and has passed exhibit P22 order. As per exhibit P22 order, while confirming the admissions granted to 89 students, the admissions granted to 11 students have been found to be bad, having been made on the basis of fake Community Certificates produced. Accordingly, their admissions have been rejected. The petitioner is one of the persons whose admission has been rejected.
