JUDGEMENT

(1.) The writ petition is filed seeking the following reliefs:

(2.) The question involved is as to whether the National Open School students are eligible to appear for NEET Examination. The issue is stated to be pending consideration before the High Court of Delhi. A similar writ petition filed before this Court as W.P(C)No.5797/2018 was disposed of as per judgment dated 20.04.2018, with a direction to the respondents to extend the benefits of the judgment of the Delhi High Court to the petitioner herein also. In the judgment dated 20.04.2018 this Court had observed thus:
