JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application is filed under ?438 of the Cr.P.C.

(2.) The applicants herein are the accused Nos. 1 to 5 in Crime No. 454 of 2018 registered at the Kumbla Police Station under ?141, 143, 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 308, 506(ii) r/w ?149 of the IPC.

(3.) On 26.08.2018 at about 12.30 pm, while the de facto complainant was on his way to Kodiamma, in a car accompanied by his family members, the applicants herein intercepted the car and assaulted the de facto complainant with weapons. It is further alleged that extensive damages were caused to the car in which the de facto complainant was travelling.
